Document Retention

Uploaded documents are retained on our secure servers only for a short period (typically 7 days) to facilitate the transfer to our lending partners. Once successfully transferred or after this period expires, the files are permanently deleted from our temporary storage. Our lending partners (e.g., iwoca) will retain copies of these documents in accordance with their own retention policies and regulatory obligations.
